Deposits

Monday–Friday appointments do not require a deposit. Saturday and Sunday appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $10 or 15% of the service total, whichever is greater, before the appointment is confirmed.

Deposits are applied toward your final service total.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice, and the deposit will transfer to the new appointment date. Any additional reschedules or changes will require a new deposit.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows will forfeit any deposit paid. Guests with a history of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to leave a deposit or prepay for future appointments.

Late Policy

If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If scheduling allows, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a modified service, shortened appointment time, or the need to reschedule.

Satisfaction & Redo

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact Luna Rae Salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss a solution.

Any approved adjustment appointment must be scheduled and completed within 14 days of the original service.

Adjustment appointments are limited to correcting the original service and do not include changes in style, color preference, or additional services requested after the appointment. New service requests will be charged accordingly.

Because each service is customized to your hair goals and reserved specifically for you, service payments are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, please reach out so we can work together to find the best solution.
