These policies are in place to respect both your time and mine, and to keep scheduling fair for everyone. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:


Weekend Deposits

Weekend appointments require a 25% non-refundable deposit before an appointment is confirmed. Deposits are applied to your final total.

Appointments rescheduled with more than 72 hours’ notice may be moved once to a new date. With less than 72 hours’ notice, appointments may be moved to a weekday one time without losing the deposit. Any further changes after the complimentary rebooking will result in deposit forfeiture.


Late Policy

I understand that things happen and timing isn’t always perfect.

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as you can. If I have availability in the schedule, I’m happy to accommodate your appointment. Please note that significantly late arrivals may not be able to be fully serviced and may still be subject to the same deposit policies for weekend appointments.


Satisfaction & Redo

Your happiness is important to me.

  • If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please notify LunaRae Salon within 7 days of your appointment.
  • Redo appointments must be scheduled and completed within 14 days of the original service.
  • Redos are limited to correcting the original service. Requests for new styles, colors, or services will require additional charges.
